I'm Mexican, so I can say there food are real Mexican dishes. Best Mexican restaurant place around the area! The staff are always nice and pretty affordable prices.

I've been to La Leyenda a few times now for lunch. I've had nothing but good experiences. The food is tasty, the service is fast, and the prices are great. The inside is a bit small, seating only about 30 people. The wait staff sometimes has a Mexican accent, but they all spoke English and were perfectly understandable. I always ordered a lunch special, which included a meal and drink for $5. They also have free chips and salsa.

This restaurant was very disappointing. Food was cold and not well prepared. It was hard to understand the staff as none of them spoke ANY english. They offer a mariachi band on weekends and I believe its to draw attention away from the food. They do offer military discount for the need to know.
